Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

For orders designated for pickup, customers will be contacted directly to arrange the pickup details.
A team member will confirm the date, location, and time available for the pickup.
Pickup orders must be collected within 7 days of the confirmed date unless alternate arrangements are made.
Customers are required to present a valid ID or order confirmation email during pickup.
