Pickup Policy

  • For orders designated for pickup, customers will be contacted directly to arrange the pickup details.
  • A team member will confirm the date, location, and time available for the pickup.
  • Pickup orders must be collected within 7 days of the confirmed date unless alternate arrangements are made.
  • Customers are required to present a valid ID or order confirmation email during pickup.
